I live in CT.. if you want a GREAT place to go to with a great staff, I recommend GUGLIOTTI'S SALON %26amp; SPA. (Ask for Martin.. tell him Chris sent you).
They just opened in Rocky Hill (where I go now), and they also have a place about 5 miles down the road in Hartford (where I used to go). (All on the same connecting road).. they also have a school in between (the institute of cosmetology).
I wouldn't recommend anybody else.
