It took me forever to find a hairstyle that I liked. I searched for months and months. I have long hair and I wanted to try to do it half up, but I almost always wear it down. I went to my trial - she tried doing it half up; I hated it - not because it was anything she did wrong, but because it just wasn't me. In the end I decided to leave it all down. Here is the picture that helped me out.

There is a wonderful website that you can go to, but yahoo never lets me post it for some reason. I will post the link here, but I have to leave spaces in it...

I hope that this will help! Also, try going to Davids Bridal.com and Maggiesottero.com - they have pictures of real brides on their websites. I found that it was helpful to see the hairstyles on actual people rather than models.

Good luck!Wedding hair ideas?
Fall season is nice time for long flowing tresses. However, you didn't mention about your wedding theme and wedding location (for example is it outdoor or indoor?). Also the description of your wedding gown is brief, so it will be difficult to make suggestions.

Your wedding theme will give you an idea of the color, texture and what sort of hair accessories to match with your themed wedding gown and the rest of your wedding items.

You can start by looking at wedding magazines and hairstyle fashion magazines for long hair styling ideas. Do you like to adorn your hair with flowers or accessories like tiara, gemstone hairpins etc? How does the overlook like? Try doing various styles and have your pictures taken. Lay out all the pictures you have taken with various styles and make a decision. You will be surprise how different you look on pictures.

Do choose a hairstyle that will match your personality, wedding theme and wedding gown. Once you have decided on that style practice it a few times before your wedding day with your sister. It will definitely bring out that special ';shine'; in you on your wedding day!

Congratulations!
Are you wearing a veil? If so, describe it? You're veil plays a big part in you're hairstyle.

Ok well, since you are asking about hair accents than I am assuming there is no veil. Try this link. It has pictures and instructions on how to do it. It is a half updo with a pearl comb accenting it but you can try to find a comb with fall leaves, flowers or just fall colors. Congratulations and best wishes :0)
You lucky girl with long hair and patience to grow it so long! What I would do is leave it long, pull the sides up into a sort of half ponytail, and curl it all. You can twist in small flowers, pins, clips, anything you see that catches your eye. A good idea is to have a hair trial, where you book an afternoon with a stylist and have her try out different ideas until you've got it perfect. Good luck!
Make sure to go for a trial or just play around with your friends so you have an idea of what you like.

Also check out youtube.com for various looks and instructional videos on how to do it yourself.

You could go with more deeper autumn colors like rustic orange and greens for your bouquet and have one flower in your hair or something.

Just remember that if you're wearing a halter then don't overshadow the look by having too much hair around your face and make sure most is swept back with some flowing. This way it won't look heavy and your face will show for pictures.

All the best :)
Do you have a hairdresser that you can trust and like? Make a consultation appointment - most hairdressers will spend time with you experimenting and giving you ideas. Call her and ask for a bridal consultation.

You could have a wreath of autumn leaves and berries, that would be pretty, like in Robin Hood: Prince of Theives ( =

Ask your stylist too, they often have the best ideas that will flatter your face and gown!

Good luck!
