ok so first brush your hair SOFTLY then add alittle hairspray on each hair layer then curl your hair smoothly ok then curl it in the bottom,middle,or top then you can buy BOBBY PINS and add them in the back soo the hair stay in one place and then they wont go all over the place.

1.white eyeshadow


2.black eyeliner


3. mascara


4.contacts (if u want )


ok first off add alittle of your white eyeshadow then border it around with black eyeliner smoothly and then add the mascara too it again for the eyeshadow dont mess it up with white shadow all over your eyes put it near the end of your eye to the start ok so then smoothly put it on till u culd see too and u could also add a little shimmer lol = ]
